First, please contact us—we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:

  • Encrypted connection (HTTPS / TLS)
  • Access‑rights minimisation
  • Regular software updates and backups
  • Data‑processing agreements with service providers

10. International transfers

If we process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. via a US‑based service), we ensure adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
