At ManualMaster, I lead applied AI research and development across Trevally and our own organisation—from smart search and chat to AI agents.
The work connects engineering, product, UX, regulation, and people. Quality management is a demanding proving ground, but the larger goal is helping the whole organisation move forward with AI that fits the way work gets done.
